CCS Alendronate[edit | edit source]
It is used for the prevention of osteoporosis, adjunctively with other therapeutic measures (e.g., diet, calcium, vitamin D, weight-bearing exercise, physical therapy)
Fluxetine overdose ==> increase serotonin ==> serotonin syndrome (Agitation or restlessness with myoclonus and ataxia). This also includes Trazadone/Nefazodone overdose (SSRI).
Bupropion ==> increase Dopamine ==> severe hypertension
hypothyroidism is one of the causes of hyperprolactinoma.. Simply becauase hypothyroidism causes pituitary enlargement => prolactin increases
