The Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (PNWU-COM) is a medical school located in Yakima, Washington. It is part of the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU), which was established to address the shortage of healthcare professionals in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.

PNWU-COM was founded in 2005 and welcomed its inaugural class in 2008. The college was established with the mission to educate and train osteopathic physicians to serve the healthcare needs of rural and underserved communities in the Pacific Northwest.

PNWU-COM offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. The curriculum is designed to provide a comprehensive education in osteopathic medicine, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient care. The program includes two years of pre-clinical education followed by two years of clinical rotations in various medical specialties.
