The Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (PNWU-COM) is an osteopathic medical school located in Yakima, Washington. Part of the Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, the college is dedicated to comprehensive osteopathic medical education and a focus on the healthcare needs of the rural and underserved communities in the Pacific Northwest region.

PNWU-COM was founded in 2005, responding to a recognized need for increased medical practitioners in the rural areas of the Pacific Northwest. The college welcomed its first class in 2008.
