Triamcinolone furetonide
Triamcinolone Furetonide is a synthetic corticosteroid used to treat various skin conditions, to relieve the discomfort of mouth sores, and in nasal spray form, to treat allergic rhinitis.

Triamcinolone Furetonide is a glucocorticoid and acts by reducing inflammation and suppressing the body's immune response. It is a derivative of prednisolone, with high glucocorticoid activity and low mineralocorticoid activity.
Uses[edit | edit source]
Triamcinolone Furetonide is used in the treatment of various skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, allergies, and rash. It is also used to treat mouth sores resulting from chemotherapy and certain diseases. In nasal spray form, it is used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
Side Effects[edit | edit source]
Possible side effects of Triamcinolone Furetonide include skin redness, burning, itching, irritation, excessive dryness, and changes in skin color. More serious side effects may include stretch marks, skin thinning or discoloration, acne, and unwanted hair growth.
Precautions[edit | edit source]
Before using Triamcinolone Furetonide, inform your doctor if you are allergic to it, or to other corticosteroids (e.g., hydrocortisone, prednisone). Also, inform your doctor if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
