Asparagus racemosus (also known as Shatavari or Wild Asparagus) is a species of asparagus native to India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Himalayas. It is a perennial climber growing 1–2 meters tall. The leaves are needle-like, and the flowers are small, white, and bell-shaped. The fruit is a small, round, red berry.
