iOS 17 is the seventeenth major release of the iOS mobile operating system developed by Apple Inc. It was announced at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 5, 2023, and was released to the public on September 18, 2023. iOS 17 introduces several new features and improvements over its predecessor, iOS 16.
