Medical symptoms are complaints which indicate disease and are noticed by the patient and cause people to go and see a health practitioner. When there is no symptoms for a disease that a patient has, the patient is said to be asymptomatic.

- Cyanosis (bluish discoloration of the skin due to low oxygen)

- Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes)
- Heartburn or acid reflux
