Mercer University School of Medicine
The Mercer University School of Medicine (MUSM) is a private medical institution situated primarily in Macon, Georgia. Established in 1982, MUSM has expanded to multiple campuses, including clinical years in Columbus and a location in Savannah.

Mercer University recognized the need for more physicians in the rural and underserved areas of Georgia. To address this need, the School of Medicine was founded in 1982.
