- 1860: Named the Homeopathic Medical College of the State of New York.
- 1869: Became the New York Homeopathic Medical College.
- 1887: Renamed New York Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital.
- 1908: Further renamed to New York Homeopathic Medical College and Flower Hospital.
- 1918: Accepted transfer students from the closed New York Medical College and Hospital for Women.
- 1972: Moved from its original location in Manhattan to its present location in Valhalla.
