College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Northwest (COMP-Northwest) is a branch campus of Western University of Health Sciences and is located in Lebanon, Oregon. It was established to address the healthcare needs of the Pacific Northwest, focusing particularly on rural health and wellness.

COMP-Northwest was established in 2011 as an additional campus to the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) in Pomona, California. It offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and is dedicated to producing osteopathic physicians who are ready to meet the diverse healthcare challenges of the region.
