  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. grease the loaf pan liberaly with the butter.
  3. squeeze the water out of the spinach.
  4. Chop the spinach to about half the size it comes.
  5. mix all the ingredients and pour into a loaf pan.
  6. bakeabout an hour and 15 minutes until a knife insearted in the center comes out dry.
  7. let cool and slice as desired.
  8. Keep refrigerated.
