The Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chicago is a flagship store operated by Starbucks, a multinational chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves. Opened in November 2019, it is the largest Starbucks location in the world.

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Chicago is located in the former Crain Communications Building, a historic building on Michigan Avenue. The building was redesigned by the architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz to accommodate the roastery.
Features[edit | edit source]
The roastery spans five floors and covers an area of 35,000 square feet. It features a fully functional roasting facility, multiple coffee bars, a cocktail bar, and a bakery and cafe operated by Princi, a boutique bakery and cafe chain from Italy.
The roastery is known for its unique coffee brewing methods, including siphon brewing, Chemex, pour-over, cold brewing, and espresso extraction. It also offers a variety of food items, including pizzas, breads, and pastries, all baked in-house.
