Berkeley Divinity School is an Episcopal seminary located in New Haven, Connecticut. It was founded in 1854 and is affiliated with Yale University. The school is one of the eleven accredited seminaries of the Episcopal Church in the United States.

Berkeley Divinity School was established in 1854 by Bishop John Williams, who later became the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. The school was named in honor of George Berkeley, an Anglican bishop and philosopher. Initially, the school was located in Middletown, Connecticut, but it moved to New Haven in 1928 to affiliate with Yale University.

Berkeley Divinity School offers a range of theological programs, including the Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Master of Sacred Theology (S.T.M.), and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees.
