Cinnaholic is a gourmet cinnamon roll bakery franchise that specializes in customizable, vegan cinnamon rolls. The company was founded in 2010 by Shannon and Florian Radke in Berkeley, California. Cinnaholic gained national attention after appearing on the television show Shark Tank in 2014.

History[edit | edit source]

Cinnaholic was established with the mission to offer high-quality, plant-based desserts. The founders, Shannon and Florian Radke, aimed to create a bakery that catered to both vegans and non-vegans by providing delicious and customizable cinnamon rolls. The first Cinnaholic location opened in Berkeley, California in 2010.

In 2014, Cinnaholic appeared on the television show Shark Tank, where they received an investment offer from Robert Herjavec. Although the deal did not ultimately go through, the exposure significantly boosted the company's profile and led to rapid expansion.

Menu[edit | edit source]

Cinnaholic's menu features a variety of gourmet cinnamon rolls that can be customized with a wide range of frostings and toppings. All of their products are 100% vegan, meaning they are free from dairy, eggs, and other animal products. The bakery offers over 20 different frosting flavors and a variety of toppings, including fresh fruits, nuts, and cookies.

Expansion[edit | edit source]

Following their appearance on Shark Tank, Cinnaholic began franchising their concept. The company has since expanded to multiple locations across the United States and Canada. Each franchise location adheres to the company's commitment to providing high-quality, vegan desserts.

Awards and Recognition[edit | edit source]

Cinnaholic has received several awards and accolades for their innovative approach to vegan baking. They have been featured in numerous publications and have a strong following among both vegan and non-vegan customers.
