Clinical features[edit | edit source]

Klazomania is described as attacks of compulsive shouting that happens in many neurological conditions including postencephalitic Parkinsonian syndrome, chronic epidemic encephalitis[1].

Diagnosis[edit | edit source]

Diagnosis is through a thorough history, physical examination, by a neurologist or other well trained physician. Witnessing an episode can be helpful for the provider but is not required to make a proper differential diagnosis.
