Structure and Properties[edit | edit source]

Biological Role and Health Benefits[edit | edit source]

Research has shown that Α-Tocotrienol may have potential health benefits in the prevention and treatment of various diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. It has also been suggested to have a role in immune function and inflammation.
Dietary Sources and Supplementation[edit | edit source]
Α-Tocotrienol is found in a variety of foods, including palm oil, rice bran oil, and barley. It can also be obtained through dietary supplements.
