Category:Tea
From WikiMD's Wellness Encyclopedia
Tea is a caffeinated beverage, made by decoction, infusion, or percolation of the dried leaves or buds of the shrub Camellia sinensis with hot water. In addition, tea may also include other herbs, spices, or fruit flavours. Although many infusions are called tea or herbal tea, all true teas are made from the C. sinensis plant. For herbal teas, see Category:Herbal teas.
