The state of Wisconsin is represented in the United States Congress by congressional delegations consisting of two Senators and eight Representatives. The current delegation has a mix of both Democrats and Republicans.
United States Senate[edit | edit source]
Wisconsin has been represented in the United States Senate since it became a state in 1848. Each state elects two senators to serve staggered six-year terms. The current senators from Wisconsin are:
- Tammy Baldwin (D), serving since 2013
- Ron Johnson (R), serving since 2011
United States House of Representatives[edit | edit source]
Wisconsin is divided into eight congressional districts, each represented by a member of the United States House of Representatives. The current members of the House from Wisconsin are:
- Bryan Steil (R), 1st district, serving since 2019
- Mark Pocan (D), 2nd district, serving since 2013
- Ron Kind (D), 3rd district, serving since 1997
- Gwen Moore (D), 4th district, serving since 2005
- Scott Fitzgerald (R), 5th district, serving since 2021
- Glenn Grothman (R), 6th district, serving since 2015
- Tom Tiffany (R), 7th district, serving since 2020
- Mike Gallagher (R), 8th district, serving since 2017
