Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI) is a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company that operates in the Philippines. It is responsible for the production, distribution, and marketing of Coca-Cola products in the country. CCBPI is one of the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic beverages in the Philippines.

Coca-Cola was first introduced to the Philippines in 1912. The first bottling plant was established in 1927 in Manila. Over the years, the company expanded its operations across the country. In 2013, Coca-Cola FEMSA, a Mexican multinational beverage company, acquired a majority stake in Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. In 2018, The Coca-Cola Company reacquired the bottling operations, renaming it Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc.
