Keto asian beef salad
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Asian Beef Salad. It's a perfect dish for those following a Keto diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 500g of beef steak
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup of mint leaves, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, toasted
For the Dressing[edit]
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions[edit]
- Season the beef steak with salt and pepper and grill it to your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, red bell pepper, carrot, cilantro, mint leaves, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, erythritol, and red pepper flakes to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top the salad with the sliced beef and toasted sesame seeds.
