Keto Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the button mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they begin to brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
