Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp[edit | edit source]
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Keto Salmon Patties[edit | edit source]
Ingredients:
- 2 cans pink salmon, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dill, fresh or dried
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into patties and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Fry each patty until golden brown on both sides.
Keto Creamy Tuscan Scallops[edit | edit source]
Ingredients:
- 1 lb scallops
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add scallops and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return scallops to skillet and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
Keto Lemon Butter Grilled Lobster Tails[edit | edit source]
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat grill over medium heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and lemon juice.
- Brush the lobster tails with the butter mixture.
- Place the tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails, brush with more butter mixture, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spoon the tuna mixture into the avocado halves and serve.

- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, riced
- 2 tbsp butter

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add seafood and cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Add riced cauliflower and cook for a few minutes until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
