This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Low Carb Fish Taco Bowl. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's high in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of diced avocado
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of salsa

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is baking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- Once the fish is done, break it up into chunks and add it to the bowl.
- Top the bowl with sour cream and salsa, and serve.
