Two Boots is a popular pizza chain that originated in the East Village of New York City. The name "Two Boots" refers to the geographical shapes of Italy and Louisiana, symbolizing the fusion of Italian and Cajun flavors that characterizes the chain's unique pizza offerings.

History[edit | edit source]

Two Boots was founded in 1987 by Phil Hartman, an independent filmmaker, and Doris Kornish, a writer. Today, Two Boots has expanded to multiple locations across the United States.

Menu[edit | edit source]

The menu at Two Boots features a variety of pizzas, all made with a cornmeal crust and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. The pizzas are named after various pop culture figures and local landmarks, such as "The Dude" (inspired by the film The Big Lebowski) and "The Newman" (named after actor Paul Newman).

In addition to pizza, Two Boots also offers a selection of Cajun dishes, such as jambalaya and gumbo, as well as a variety of salads and sandwiches.
