Walnut Whip is a popular British confectionery product manufactured by Nestlé. It was first introduced in the UK in 1910, making it one of the oldest sweets in the country. The Walnut Whip was first produced by Duncan's of Edinburgh in 1910. In 1969, the company was acquired by Rowntree's, which was subsequently taken over by Nestlé in 1988. Over the years, the Walnut Whip has undergone several changes in its recipe and packaging, but its iconic shape and the combination of chocolate, vanilla, and walnut have remained constant.

The Walnut Whip is composed of three main components: the chocolate shell, the vanilla fondant filling, and the walnut topping. The shell is made from milk chocolate, which is moulded into a distinctive cone shape. Inside the shell is a soft, whipped vanilla fondant. The top of the Walnut Whip is adorned with a half walnut, which gives the treat its name.
