Recipe instructions
- Hard cook the eggs.
- Cool, peel, and cut lengthwise.
- Scoop yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add salad dressing (I use mayonnaise) and remaining ingredients.
- Mash until smooth. I use a fork.
- Pipe or spoon mixture into egg halves. I've never piped, so I use a spoon.
- Garnish. Sliced gherkins add a nice finishing touch, too.
- Chill loosely wrapped until ready to present.
