The Tennessee Republican Party is the state affiliate of the Republican Party (United States) in Tennessee. The party is headquartered in Nashville. The Tennessee Republican Party is responsible for promoting the principles and policies of the national Republican Party within the state, supporting Republican candidates for public office, and organizing party activities and events.

The Tennessee Republican Party was founded in 1854, shortly after the formation of the national Republican Party. The party has played a significant role in Tennessee politics, particularly in the latter half of the 20th century and into the 21st century.
