5α-Dihydrotrestolone (also known as 5α-DHTL) is a potent synthetic androgen and anabolic steroid. It is a derivative of trestolone, also known as 7α-methyl-19-nortestosterone (MENT), and is characterized by the reduction of the 4,5 double bond in the A-ring of the steroid structure, resulting in a fully saturated A-ring.
