Briscoe Cain
Briscoe Cain is an American attorney and politician who serves as a member of the Texas House of Representatives from the 128th district. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Briscoe Cain was born on December 9, 1984, in Deer Park, Texas. He attended Sam Houston State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.

Before entering politics, Cain worked as an attorney specializing in family law and constitutional law. He gained recognition for his involvement in several high-profile cases, particularly those related to religious freedom and Second Amendment rights.
