Keto Deviled Eggs[edit | edit source]
Keto Deviled Eggs are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for those following a keto diet. They are high in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbs, making them a great choice for a keto-friendly meal or snack.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- After the eggs have cooked, drain the water and let the eggs cool.
- Once the eggs are cool, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until smooth.
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
