Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs are a creamy twist to the classic deviled eggs, incorporating the richness of avocado. This dish is not only delicious but also packed with health benefits, making it a favorite among keto enthusiasts.

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the eggs and place them in a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, peel the eggs.
  3. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the avocado to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mash the yolks and avocado together until smooth.
  5. Mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Carefully spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with paprika, chives, or cilantro, if desired.
