  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for about 1.5 hours.
  3. While the ham is baking, combine the apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  4. After the ham has baked for 1.5 hours, remove it from the oven and brush the glaze over the top.
  5. Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  6. Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
