Apricot Mustard Glazed Ham[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 ham (about 5-7 lbs)
- 1 cup apricot preserves (sugar-free)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for about 1.5 hours.
- While the ham is baking, combine the apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- After the ham has baked for 1.5 hours, remove it from the oven and brush the glaze over the top.
- Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
