Deviled eggs with anchovies and rosemary is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. This dish is high in protein and healthy fats, making it a perfect choice for those following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 12 minutes. Then, drain and cool in ice water.
  2. Once the eggs are cool, peel them and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped anchovies and rosemary.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
