Deviled eggs with anchovies and rosemary is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. This dish is high in protein and healthy fats, making it a perfect choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 12 minutes. Then, drain and cool in ice water.
- Once the eggs are cool, peel them and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth.
- Stir in the finely chopped anchovies and rosemary.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
