Keto Chicken Parmesan
Keto Chicken Parmesan Wings are a delightful twist on the classic chicken wings. Infused with the rich flavors of garlic and parmesan, these wings are not only keto-friendly but also incredibly flavorful and crispy.

- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added spice
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
- Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, turning halfway, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to the bowl with the butter and garlic mixture. Toss until all wings are coated evenly.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and toss again, ensuring an even coating on all wings.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
