Keto BLT with Cloud Bread is a delicious, low-carb alternative to the traditional BLT sandwich. The cloud bread, made from eggs and cream cheese, serves as a fluffy, light substitute for regular bread. This recipe is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 4 rounds.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the cloud bread is baking, cook the bacon until crispy.
  8. Assemble the BLT by spreading mayonnaise on one side of two cloud breads, then layering with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
