Keto Breakfast Cereal is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It's packed with healthy fats and protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning long.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is golden brown. Be sure to stir the mixture every 5 minutes to ensure even baking.
- Allow the cereal to cool completely before serving. It will become crunchier as it cools.
