Keto Breakfast Cereal is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It's packed with healthy fats and protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning long.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, erythritol, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is golden brown. Be sure to stir the mixture every 5 minutes to ensure even baking.
  6. Allow the cereal to cool completely before serving. It will become crunchier as it cools.
