Keto Cheese Filled Chicken Breast is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for those following a Keto Diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of Spinach
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve the Keto Cheese Filled Chicken Breast with a side of spinach.
