Keto Mushroom Supremo Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. It's packed with flavor and is perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Cook the cauliflower rice in a skillet over medium heat until it's soft.
  4. Let the cauliflower cool, then squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, eggs, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Press the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust.
  7. Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it's golden brown.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce over the crust, then top with the remaining mozzarella, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
  9. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
