Keto Pierogi filled with Bacon and Mushroom is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pierogi. This recipe is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet as it is low in carbs and high in fats.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add the egg to the mixture and knead until a dough forms.
  4. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until soft.
  6. Combine the cooked bacon with the sautéed vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
  8. Place a spoonful of the bacon and mushroom mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  9. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.
  10. Place the pierogi on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
