Keto Pizza Crust[edit | edit source]
Keto Pizza Crust is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust. It's perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If not fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Top with another piece of parchment paper and roll out to your desired thickness.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the dough (still on the bottom piece of parchment paper) to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite Keto-friendly toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
