Keto Pizza Crust is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust. It's perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If not fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Top with another piece of parchment paper and roll out to your desired thickness.
  5. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the dough (still on the bottom piece of parchment paper) to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and add your favorite Keto-friendly toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
