This is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for Keto Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Sauce. It's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and blue cheese to the skillet.
  8. Stir until the blue cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  9. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
  10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the pork chops are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  11. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
