This is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for Keto Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Sauce. It's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and blue cheese to the skillet.
- Stir until the blue cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the pork chops are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
