Keto Skillet Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. It's easy to make and perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pizza dough to the skillet and spread it out evenly.
- Cook the pizza dough for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the cooked dough, then top with the pepperoni, bell pepper, and black olives.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
