Keto Skillet Pizza is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. It's easy to make and perfect for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pizza dough to the skillet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cook the pizza dough for about 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce over the cooked dough, then top with the pepperoni, bell pepper, and black olives.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
