Keto Spring Deviled Eggs is a delicious and healthy recipe that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place the eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 9-12 minutes.
- Once the eggs are cooked, drain the hot water and replace it with cold water. Let the eggs cool in the cold water for a few minutes before peeling them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl and the whites on a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
