Keto Tortilla Chips[edit | edit source]
Keto Tortilla Chips are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional tortilla chips. They are low in carbs and high in fiber, making them a perfect snack for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 3/4 cup of Flaxseed Meal
- 1/2 teaspoon of Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup of Water
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed meal, sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll it out until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and cut the dough into squares or triangles using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the chips cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet. They will become crispier as they cool.
