Keto Lasagna with Keto Noodles[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the parmesan cheese.
  6. Layer the lasagna in a baking dish as follows: a layer of keto noodles, a layer of the meat sauce, a layer of the ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
