Low carb chocolate brownies are a delicious, keto-friendly dessert that can satisfy your sweet tooth without breaking your diet. They are rich, fudgy, and packed with chocolate flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate chips (sugar-free)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Once the butter and chocolate mixture is smooth, add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
