Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups[edit | edit source]

Low carb chocolate peanut butter cups are a delicious and healthy treat for those following a keto diet. They are easy to make and require only a few ingredients.

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and erythritol to the melted coconut oil and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour a small amount of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each cup in a silicone muffin pan. Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  4. While the chocolate is setting, mix the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a bowl.
  5. Remove the muffin pan from the freezer and spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture onto the set chocolate in each cup.
  6. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the peanut butter in each cup, ensuring the peanut butter is completely covered.
  7. Place the muffin pan back in the freezer for another 20 minutes to allow the chocolate peanut butter cups to set.
  8. Once set, remove the chocolate peanut butter cups from the muffin pan and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
