Low Carb Freezer Meals are a great way to maintain a Ketogenic Diet without the daily hassle of meal preparation. They are easy to prepare, store, and reheat, making them perfect for those busy days when you don't have time to cook.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of Chicken Breast
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 can of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin
- 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by cutting the Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces and season with Salt and Pepper.
- Heat the Olive Oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped Onion, Bell Peppers, and minced Garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the Diced Tomatoes, Paprika, Cumin, and Chili Powder to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Allow the meal to cool before dividing it into freezer-safe containers.
