Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza is a delicious and satisfying meal that fits perfectly into a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor, making it a favorite among those following a low-carb lifestyle.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Stir the egg into the cheese mixture, then stir in the almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread the dough out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the baked crust, then top with the pepperoni slices and remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
