Low Carb Tortillas[edit | edit source]

A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional tortillas, these low carb tortillas are perfect for those following a keto diet. They are easy to make and can be used in a variety of dishes.

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, egg, and water.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin until it forms a thin circle, about the size of a tortilla.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the tortillas to cool before using.
